Orlando-area existing-home prices still searching for a bottom

Existing-home prices in the Orlando area continued to fall in April, but the number of resales and pending contracts continued to improve from a year ago and the inventory of available homes continued to shrink, as the local housing market continued to feel about for a bottom to its 3-year-old slump.
